Clean Scans to Pure Black & White
Color and greyscale document scans often feature muddy, compressed backgrounds that look terrible when printed and result in massive PDF file sizes. Our True Black & White filter completely drops all background noise, forcing every pixel into binary black or white. This is the optimal setting for technical drawings, printed text, and saving printer ink.
How to apply the B&W filter:
- Upload your document to the DocEnhancer workspace.
- In the Filters menu, click the B & W button.
- For a slightly softer look that preserves ink, try the Eco (Ink Saver) filter instead.
- Download your optimized document.
